- Compensation range for this role is $99,200 - $163,700 plus bonuses and benefits, with variations based on experience and qualifications.
As the Head of Product Line Management for Sportstyle, you will lead the ambassador product management team. Your responsibilities include overseeing the strategy, development, and execution of products across footwear, apparel, and accessories in collaboration with our Puma Ambassadors, aligning with the overall business strategy. Your role is pivotal in fostering a visionary and brand-relevant product creation process that meets both business and partner objectives.
- Formulate the ambassador product strategy in partnership with the Director of Business Development, incorporating insights from key stakeholders within the brand.
- Ensure alignment of the ambassador team with various Business Units to develop innovative product concepts that reflect the Ambassadors' visions while balancing business needs.
- Guarantee that product plans meet established business KPIs.
- Manage the product creation process from concept to production, collaborating with Design and Development to meet product calendar and go-to-market milestones.
- Proactively identify potential roadblocks and collaborate with Design and Development teams to maintain a smooth product calendar.
- Foster strong relationships across functions, including design, product management, and marketing.
- Ensure effective communication with internal and external partners for timely product feedback and approvals.
- Represent PUMA with professionalism and confidence in all interactions.
- Collaborate with suppliers and factory teams to explore new product opportunities.
- Maintain accurate product documentation and reporting systems throughout the product lifecycle.
