POSITION SUMMARY

The Growth Marketing division at Fox is seeking a Director of Product Management to spearhead the evolution of consumer engagement via our integrated marketing platform. This role will entail the formulation and supervision of the product roadmap for all marketing systems. The Director will articulate and communicate the strategic vision for these systems, engaging with stakeholders to comprehend and document their requirements, subsequently shaping the product roadmap in alignment with those insights. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in crafting and managing Marketing Requirements Documentation (MRD) and Product Requirements Documentation (PRD), utilizing these documents to secure stakeholder buy-in and provide clear guidance to engineering teams. Additionally, this individual must have a proven track record in establishing and managing work intake processes to safeguard the product roadmap while accommodating stakeholder needs.

This position demands robust technical and product management expertise, coupled with exceptional communication abilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Manage stakeholder relationships with appropriate documentation and intake/change control procedures.
  2. Develop and sustain the product roadmap.
  3. Regularly present and review the product roadmap with stakeholders to ensure alignment and adapt to changes.
  4. Collaborate with users, stakeholders, and leadership to identify needs and translate them into Marketing Requirements Documentation and Product Requirements Documentation.
  5. Oversee and prioritize the product backlog and roadmap in response to evolving requirements and business objectives.
  6. Assess and prioritize features based on team capabilities and availability, clearly communicating the rationale for any adjustments to stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Experience in Technical Product Management.
  2. Proficient in writing Product Requirements and Marketing Requirements.
  3. Skilled in drafting user stories.
  4. Background as a Business Analyst or Product Owner.
  5. Experience in a Waterfall environment, including defining and documenting product requirements.
  6. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaboration with Agile teams.
  7. Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  8. Adept at navigating a fast-paced, execution-oriented environment while balancing multiple projects and long-term objectives.
  9. Proactive, solution-oriented, and highly motivated self-starter.
  10. Experience with CRM or customer engagement platforms such as Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
