Product Line Management Team Lead

PUMA Gruppe is seeking a highly skilled Product Line Management Team Lead to join our Sportstyle team in Los Angeles. As a key member of our Ambassador Team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the product management team, overseeing the strategy, development, and execution of product across footwear, apparel, and accessories.
Key Responsibilities- Develop Product Strategy: Collaborate with the Director of Business Development to develop the Ambassador product strategy, taking into consideration input from relevant stakeholders within the brand.
- Drive Alignment: Ensure alignment of the ambassador team with stakeholders across multiple Business Units and categories to develop new product concepts that bring the Ambassadors' visions to life through the lens of PUMA.
- Product Planning: Ensure product plans are fulfilling business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Product Creation: Oversee and drive the product creation process from brief to production in collaboration with Design and Development to ensure product calendar and Go-To-Market milestones are met.
- Communication: Facilitate alignment of footwear, apparel, and accessories, and oversee and drive a timely flow of communication with external and internal partners for product feedback and sign-off.
- Representation: Represent PUMA with confidence and professionalism both internally and ambassador-facing.
- Supplier Management: Work with suppliers and factory teams to identify and develop new product opportunities.
- Documentation: Accountable for accurate maintenance of all product documentation and reporting systems throughout the product lifecycle.
