About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team at Harvard Jolly | PBK. As a key member of our marketing practice, you will play a critical role in bridging our design and marketing efforts to maximize client outreach and provide exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our marketing team, including creating and editing documents, tracking shop drawings, and coordinating client research.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and correspondence for project teams.
  • Engage in proactive client research to optimize connections with current and potential clients.
  • Track and report on business development opportunities.
  • Liaise with consultants, clients, printers, and suppliers.
  • Assist with additional marketing projects as needed.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of administrative or professional office experience, preferably in a marketing environment.
  • Superior client focus and service mentality.
  • Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
  • Creativity, integrity, and initiative.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly.
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems.
  • Previous A/E/C industry experience.
