About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Evrhire. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the owner and other team members, including coordinating activities, managing agendas, and handling correspondence.
  • Office Management: Manage office supplies, track inventory, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Financial Management: Assist with QuickBooks bookkeeping, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • HR and Payroll: Manage general HR and payroll duties, including onboarding, offboarding, and benefit administration.

Requirements
