Position Summary:
We are in search of a dedicated and skilled Human Resources Business Partner who is enthusiastic about aligning people strategies with business objectives. This role is pivotal in addressing our organization's People & Culture requirements, ensuring that our workforce is equipped for success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with departmental leaders to formulate and execute HR strategies that align with the company’s goals.
  • Provide expert HR guidance to managers and employees on a variety of topics, including performance management and employee engagement.
  • Work alongside HR Centers of Excellence to create and implement HR programs and resources.
  • Act as the primary contact for assessing employee concerns and complaints.
  • Promote HR initiatives such as employee feedback surveys and talent management programs.
  • Develop and maintain HR data analytics, including reporting and data analysis for leadership.
  • Contribute to People & Culture projects that enhance operational functions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role or similar capacity.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proven track record of partnering with business leaders to implement HR initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with an investigative approach to problem-solving.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, fostering relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to remain composed and professional in high-pressure situations.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and various HR tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience as an HR Business Partner in technology or pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Background in developing compensation plans, including variable compensation.
  • Commitment to advancing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.
  • Experience working within a global HR framework.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite.
  • SHRM Certification.
