Job Summary:

Mental Health Partnerships is seeking an experienced Vice President of Human Resources to join our leadership team. This role will be instrumental in shaping our organizational culture, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring our HR practices align with our mission to support mental health and recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and set departmental priorities that align with the mission and goals of Mental Health Partnerships.
Partner with executive leadership to identify workforce needs and develop innovative talent acquisition and retention strategies.
Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
Develops and administers programs, procedures and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the agency.
Design onboarding and professional development programs that promote growth and skill development for all employees.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred, SHRM-CP preferred.
10+ years of senior-level Human Resources Management and supervisory experience required.
Active affiliation with appropriate HR networks and organizations.
Experience in the nonprofit sector, particularly in mental health or social services, is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to build relationships at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to integrity, diversity, equity, and inclusion principles.
Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
Effective project and process management skills as demonstrated from past work experience.
Must possess basic computer skills to perform job duties including desktop computing, e-mail, time sheet management, reporting, internet research, etc. using relevant software such as HRIS and Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.

Salary Description:

$115,000 - $125,000
