Human Resources Business Partner Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our HR Team at HTSS Inc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic HR support to operational and functional groups
- Oversee and coordinate talent acquisition life-cycle process for assigned departments
- Meet all HR department service delivery standards and serve as a steward for the department
- Coach and counsel organizational leaders on complex employee and labor relations issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related area of study
- 3-5 years of human resources experience
- Extensive experience in HR functions, including labor and employee relations, classification and compensation, job analysis, recruitment and retention, affirmative action, organizational/talent development, employee engagement, communications, and investigations
