Position Summary:
We are on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled Human Resources Business Partner who is enthusiastic about the synergy between people and business. This role is pivotal in addressing our organization's People & Culture requirements, ensuring that our workforce is well-equipped for success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with organizational leaders to devise and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Offer HR support and guidance to both managers and employees on a variety of HR-related topics, including performance management and employee engagement.
  • Work in conjunction with HR Centers of Excellence to create and implement HR programs and resources.
  • Act as the primary contact for the intake and evaluation of employee concerns and grievances.
  • Promote HR initiatives such as employee feedback surveys, performance evaluations, and talent management programs.
  • Develop and maintain HR data analytics, providing insightful reports and analysis to leadership.
  • Contribute to People & Culture projects that span across various operational functions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role or a similar capacity.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proven track record of collaborating with business leaders to advance HR initiatives.
  • Analytical mindset with the capability to conduct thorough investigations and analyses.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and various HR tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience as an HR Business Partner in technology or pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Background in developing compensation plans, including variable compensation structures.
  • Commitment to advancing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.
  • Experience working within a global HR framework.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite.
  • SHRM Certification.
