Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

At AllCare Primary & Immediate Care, we are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in driving the success of our organization by developing and implementing strategies to effectively manage, develop, and optimize our human capital.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implement Training Programs: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Talent Development: Identify and develop leadership talent within the organization.
  • Performance Appraisal: Coordinate performance appraisal processes and ensure timely feedback and goal setting.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop strategies to improve employee engagement and job satisfaction.
  • Workplace Culture: Implement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee well-being.
  • Retention Strategies: Monitor employee turnover rates and develop retention strategies.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Assist in overseeing compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources or a related role.
  • Certification: PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000-$90,000 and a hybrid schedule with two days of remote work and three days of travel to AllCare centers in Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia.
