Job Summary:

HTSS Inc is seeking a skilled Labor Relations and Employee Engagement Specialist to join its HR Team. This role will serve as a strategic HR partner for a diverse range of operational and functional groups, providing end-to-end HR service delivery with a focus on labor and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a key strategic partner in coaching & counseling organizational leaders on complex employee & labor relations issues while ensuring compliance with the company's policy & labor and employment laws/regulations.
• Provide coordination of the talent acquisition life-cycle process for assigned departments.
• Actively promote initiatives and programs that increase employee visibility, connectedness, recognition, and active participation with a focus on fostering positive relationships and open communication with all associates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related area of study AND 3-5 years of human resources experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Labor Relations, including direct experience with collective bargaining.
• Extensive experience in HR functions, including labor and employee relations, classification and compensation, job analysis, recruitment and retention, affirmative action, organizational/talent development, employee engagement, communications, and investigations.
