Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that supports our business objectives.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes.
  • Design and implement a total rewards strategy that attracts and retains top talent.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, investigations, and employee communications.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement organizational design and development initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date on labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements to ensure our business practices are ethical and legal.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resource Management, with a focus on talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and organizational development.
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, management, and external partners.
