Position Title: HR Administrative Assistant

Objective: The HR Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources department with various tasks including employee benefits management, COBRA administration, invoice reconciliation, HRIS system maintenance, compliance reporting, FMLA administration, data entry, and unemployment claims processing.

Ideal candidates will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in employee benefits, compliance reporting, and FMLA is advantageous. Familiarity with Ceridian Dayforce is beneficial but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist employees with inquiries related to benefit enrollment
  • Support HRIS operations, specifically Ceridian DayForce
  • Facilitate Government Reporting (Affirmative Action, Vets, EEOC)
  • Manage and track FMLA requests
  • Assist in responding to unemployment claims
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
