Objective: The HR Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the Human Resources department with various tasks related to employee benefits, COBRA administration, invoice reconciliation, HRIS management, compliance reporting, FMLA administration, data entry, and unemployment claims processing.
Ideal candidates will possess strong organizational skills and the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Previous experience in employee benefits, compliance reporting, and FMLA processes is advantageous. Familiarity with Ceridian Dayforce is beneficial but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to employees regarding benefit enrollment and inquiries.
- Support HRIS operations, specifically Ceridian DayForce.
- Facilitate government compliance reporting, including Affirmative Action, Vets, and EEOC.
- Manage and track FMLA requests and related documentation.
- Assist in responding to unemployment claims.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the HR team.
- Outstanding communication abilities.
