The Administrative Office Coordinator plays a vital role in providing logistical assistance to the Central Group Leader and the Financial Operations Group (FOG). This position focuses on collaborating with leadership to establish vision, offer guidance, and drive ministry initiatives that align with Life.Church's mission to reach individuals for Christ.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the FOG leadership team, enabling them to focus on high-priority tasks.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with all FOG personnel to better anticipate and address their needs.
  • Act as an advocate for FOG leaders and team members.
  • Engage regularly with FOG Directors to influence strategic direction, contribute to development, and represent the FOG leadership team.
  • Coordinate events, off-site meetings, prepare agendas, manage calendars and inboxes, report expenses, and arrange travel for the FOG leadership team.
  • Oversee FOG Operations and guide direct reports toward successful outcomes for team and organizational initiatives.
  • Assist in the interview and screening processes.
  • Offer insights and recommendations regarding team and organizational matters.
  • Collaborate with FOG team members and leaders to provide leadership, perspective, and administrative assistance.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new staff, interns, and volunteers.
  • Recruit and manage volunteers and interns, ensuring effective communication, appreciation, and team coordination.
  • Deliver training and communicate effectively, both internally and externally, by providing agendas and relevant content to support diverse audiences.
Essential Skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to make independent decisions and solve problems creatively and diplomatically.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to clearly articulate complex processes and build partnerships.
  • Proficient in multitasking and time management to meet tight deadlines while remaining adaptable to change.
  • Skilled in process and organizational management to coordinate, structure, and provide vision for projects.
  • Adept at attentive listening, fully engaging with others to understand their perspectives, needs, and inquiries, thereby facilitating effective communication and fostering positive professional relationships.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
