OVERVIEW

The Senior Administrative Coordinator role is integral to supporting the operations of Chickasaw Nation Industries Inc. This position involves a variety of office-related tasks, including managing communications, data entry, and report generation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Senior Administrative Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

1. Providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
2. Handling incoming calls and directing inquiries appropriately.
3. Organizing meetings and maintaining schedules for executives.
4. Assisting in the preparation of correspondence and documentation in compliance with organizational standards.
5. Coordinating travel arrangements using designated software.
6. Maintaining and updating internal databases and SharePoint sites.
7. Supporting the team with timesheet management and administrative tasks as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate will possess:

- A High School diploma or GED with at least six years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with four years of experience, or an Associate's degree with five years of experience.
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficient communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position is primarily office-based, requiring regular use of standard office equipment. The role may involve sitting for extended periods and occasional lifting of light office supplies.
