**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Real Estate Agent to join our team at Icon Realty Partners. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for listing and selling residential real estate, negotiating purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Listing and Selling Residential Real Estate: Utilize your expertise to market and sell residential properties, ensuring a seamless transaction process for our clients.
  • Negotiating Purchase Agreements and Contracts: Effectively negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Market Analysis and Property Valuation: Conduct thorough market analysis to determine property value, providing accurate and reliable information to our clients.
  • Client Education and Support: Educate clients on basic real estate procedures, ensuring they are well-informed and confident throughout the transaction process.
