Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
  • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers
  • Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home
  • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale
  • Provide potential home buyers with the necessary information about their local housing market
  • Follow the team plan
  • Set buyer appointments
  • Lead follow-up
  • Execute consultations
  • Close sales
  • Master CRM and database management
  • Develop effective sales scripts

Requirements:

  • Valid U.S. driver's license with the ability to travel by car
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with the local real estate market and current real estate trends
  • A real estate license is required or in the process of obtaining one
  • Superb communication skills
