Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement HR Strategies: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Manage the Full Employment Lifecycle: Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to streamline HR processes and support business needs.
  • Lead Change Management Initiatives: Develop and implement change management initiatives to drive cultural transformation and improve employee engagement.
  • Administer Benefits Programs: Ensure compliance with benefits programs and policies to support employee well-being and retention.
  • Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize HR strategies and drive business results.
  • Conduct New Hire Orientation: Develop and deliver new hire orientation programs to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
  • Maintain Employment Practices: Ensure stability in employment practices and adherence to legal regulations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Related Field: Possess a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 8-10 Years of HR Business Partner Experience: Bring 8-10 years of experience as an HR Business Partner to this role.
  • Aerospace, Defense, or Manufacturing Experience: Possess experience working in the Aerospace, Defense, or Manufacturing industry.
  • Small Company Experience: Have experience working for a small company with 100 or fewer employees.
  • Strong HR Expertise: Demonstrate strong expertise in managing employee engagement and driving HR initiatives.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven Ability to Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment: Show a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Benefits Administration and Employment Law Compliance: Possess hands-on experience with benefits administration and employment law compliance.
