About the Role:

This is a critical position that requires a deep understanding of HR practices, policies, and procedures, as well as the ability to cultivate a high-performing organization. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the company's culture, attracting, retaining, and developing top talent, while ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Conduct background and reference checks for potential employees.
  • Facilitate onboarding and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Organize and deliver training sessions on various topics, including compliance, leadership, and soft skills.
  • Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
  • Create and manage performance appraisal systems.
  • Monitor employee performance, offering feedback and coaching as necessary.
  • Administer employee compensation and benefits programs.
  • Conduct salary surveys and benchmark practices to ensure competitive compensation.
  • Oversee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  • Process bi-weekly payroll.
  • Champion company culture and promote a positive work environment.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
  • Foster open communication and respect within the workplace.
  • Oversee disciplinary actions and terminations in line with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with legal standards and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws at local, multistate, and federal levels, conduct regular audits to address areas of non-compliance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resources required; advanced degree preferred.
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHRca certification is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management in a large organization.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Proven track record in multiple HR disciplines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
