Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement brand commercial programs effectively.
  • Analyze market data and consumer insights to assess brand performance and inform marketing strategies.
  • Create compelling narratives and actionable recommendations based on market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Translate brand strategies into actionable plans for the organization.
  • Design and implement strategies for distribution, packaging, and merchandising.
  • Utilize business acumen and marketing expertise to influence cross-departmental projects.
  • Engage with strategic customer teams to collaboratively develop growth initiatives.
  • Identify and cultivate relevant consumer insights to drive brand strategy.
  • Work across categories to enhance brand-building efficiency.

Your Profile

We are looking for individuals who:

  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in brand management or digital marketing.
  • Possess experience in a Fortune 500 consumer packaged goods company.
  • Are familiar with brand development and marketing strategies.
  • Have a strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights.
  • Can effectively communicate and influence stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate a proactive and self-driven approach to work.
  • Have experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
