Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and strategic Pricing Strategy Lead to become an integral part of our Manufacturing division.

This is a permanent role where you will be responsible for crafting and executing pricing strategies, managing trade promotions, and fostering sales expansion.

Your analytical expertise and industry insight will be crucial in maintaining our competitive edge and profitability.

This position is perfect for individuals who excel in fast-paced settings, enjoy tackling challenges, and possess a solid background in pricing and trade management.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Formulate and execute impactful pricing and trade strategies that align with our corporate goals.

  • Collaborate with the sales department to enhance trade promotions and evaluate their effects on sales and profitability.
  • Utilize Microsoft Dynamics D365 for managing and monitoring pricing information, trade expenditures, and essential performance metrics.
  • Conduct market analysis to grasp industry trends, competitor pricing tactics, and customer inclinations.
  • Establish and uphold a comprehensive pricing model to ensure our offerings are competitively positioned in the marketplace.
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams to devise strategies for new product introductions and promotional activities.
  • Adjust pricing strategies in response to market dynamics, cost variations, and other external influences.
  • Deliver insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on data evaluations and market insights.
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies and regulatory standards related to pricing and trade promotions.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing and trade management, ideally within the manufacturing sector.
  • Expertise in Dynamics D365 and familiarity with CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales and the development of pricing strategies.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the proficiency to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable plans.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Robust understanding of market dynamics and sound business acumen.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of thriving under pressure in a dynamic environment.
