Position: Senior Sales Manager for Brand Leadership in Digital Native Sector

The Digital Native sector represents the premier spenders in today's media landscape, necessitating ongoing innovation and optimization of every marketing dollar spent. The individual in this role will serve as a thought leader, guiding partner brands within this sector on the mobile marketing ecosystem and enhancing InMobi's presence within the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establish, nurture, and deepen relationships with direct brands in the Digital Native sector.
  2. Design, plan, and implement mobile engagement strategies for current clients while identifying and engaging untapped prospects through direct interactions and leveraging existing brand and agency connections.
  3. Exhibit proficiency in managing relationships and dialogues with key industry figures, including CMOs, CDOs, marketing teams, media heads, agency leads, and internal cross-functional teams.
  4. Take ownership of business objectives, revenue goals, key relationship engagements, leadership workshops, and multi-product activations across significant accounts.
  5. Oversee campaign management with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring comprehensive ownership of the sales cycle.
  6. Deliver accurate and timely forecasts and business updates to the Vertical Head regarding key clients.
  7. Develop a strategic vision and manage business strategies to fully realize market potential.
  8. Continuously enhance understanding of the assigned market and competitor landscape to benefit clients.
  9. Maintain an accurate sales forecast (+/- 5%) and a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  10. Provide guidance, constructive feedback, and motivational support to foster team excellence.

Experience Required:

7-9 years in digital media, online advertising sales, with exposure to ad networks, platforms, OTTs, or other publishers being advantageous.

Education:

Graduation from a Tier 1 or 2 business school, BSc/BA/BBA.

Industry Type:

Mobile, Digital Media, Agency Sales, Advertising Sales.

Essential Skills:

Significant experience in consultative sales and account management within mobile or online advertising, direct marketing, or e-commerce sectors. Strong understanding of internet advertising metrics such as CPA, CPM, CPC, search marketing, lead generation, and direct response. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a collaborative approach to working with various functional areas to support the sales process. Exceptional research, analytical, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling presentations for clients.

Language Proficiency:

Native-level fluency in English.
