Brand Strategy Manager

The Brand Strategy Manager will serve as a vital link across various departments, ensuring the integrity of our brand while assisting in the creation of marketing campaigns and promotional materials. This role is pivotal in spearheading integrated marketing initiatives that align with the organization's long-term strategic objectives.
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications, or equivalent experience. A minimum of 5 years in a marketing or advertising environment is essential, ideally within a non-profit organization or an in-house marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Development:
- Craft compelling messaging and campaign elements that resonate with our brand's core values and strategic goals.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to shape and execute brand-building strategies.
- Oversee brand campaigns, ensuring uniformity across all communication channels.
- Engage with internal and global teams to address brand requirements and facilitate brand-related events.
- Conduct research to enhance brand awareness and identify partnership opportunities.
- Guarantee that all brand communications align with established voice, tone, and messaging standards.
- Act as a liaison to maintain brand consistency on a global scale.
- Manage Brand Central, ensuring all brand materials are current and accessible.
Project Management:
- Lead the development of brand strategies and manage the internal campaign calendar.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners.
- Oversee all project phases from inception to completion.
- Organize meetings with clear agendas and follow-up action items to keep projects on track.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Oversee invoicing and budgeting related to brand initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment with strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience in digital and omnichannel marketing.
- Solid understanding of marketing and branding principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
- Experience in faith-based marketing, particularly within Christian and Jewish contexts.
- Strong project and vendor management skills with a focus on achieving specific objectives.
- Proven ability to create engaging marketing content that supports brand initiatives.
- Knowledge of branding best practices and marketing fundamentals.
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure visual branding consistency.
- Experience in executing and managing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
- Strong time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects with competing deadlines.
