Job Summary

This role provides administrative support to the Human Resource Manager, coordinating various HR and administrative tasks while assisting other departments and employees as needed.

The Office Administrator will be responsible for supporting payroll, scheduling, seniority tracking, hiring, on-boarding, benefits, and other miscellaneous HR functions.

The individual will also assist the Safety and/or Quality-Process Managers with administrative tasks related to safety and environmental compliance.

Additionally, the Office Administrator will perform general office duties, including answering and routing telephone calls, maintaining office inventory, managing employee requests, events, and meetings, and handling plant visitors.

Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma
  • 2-4 years general office and related experience in a manufacturing facility
  • Ability to work independently with general supervision
  • Ability to perform job duties, display a positive attitude, interact with others effectively, and be adaptable to change
  • Ability to clearly communicate both verbally and in writing
  • PC skills including word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation using Microsoft Office software programs
