Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

Quality assurance (QA) is an essential process that ensures the HR functions of an organization adhere to established standards of quality, efficiency, and compliance. This role is crucial for enhancing HR performance, identifying issues, and improving client satisfaction.

  • Collect all monthly documentation for client files by the 5th of each month.
  • Verify received documents for completeness and necessary signatures, preparing a report on any missing or incomplete items.
  • Assist in conducting file audits and the purging of outdated files.
  • Perform data entry and create spreadsheets as needed.
  • Ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of all data.
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets for tracking purposes.
Qualifications:
  • Exceptional organizational abilities.
  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Teams, Zoom, and DocuSign.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or quality assurance roles.
  • Completion of CPR/First Aid training/certification is required.
  • A successful background check, including criminal history and child registry, is mandatory.

Compensation:

Hourly rate ranging from $15.00 to $18.00.

  • Day Shift is required.
