Position: Quality Assurance HR Assistant

Sign-On Bonus: $250 after 90 days, with an additional $250 after 6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

The role of Quality Assurance (QA) in Human Resources is crucial for maintaining the quality, efficiency, and compliance of HR operations within an organization. This position will support HR professionals in enhancing their performance, identifying and addressing challenges, and improving overall client satisfaction.

  • Collect and review all monthly documentation for client files by the 5th of each month.
  • Verify received documents for completeness and necessary signatures, preparing a report on any missing or incomplete items.
  • Assist in conducting file audits and the systematic purging of outdated files.
  • Perform data entry tasks and develop spreadsheets for reporting purposes.
  • Ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of all data handled.
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets for various HR functions.
Qualifications:
  • Exceptional organizational abilities.
  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Teams, Zoom, and DocuSign.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles or quality assurance.
  • Completion of CPR/First Aid training/certification is required.
  • Successful completion of a criminal history and child registry background check is mandatory.

Salary: Ranges from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour.
