As an ADP Enterprise Sales Representative, you'll sell human resources technology to large companies, cultivating new business opportunities and driving strategic discussions around Human Capital Management initiatives.

Your role will involve managing complete sales cycles, selling ADP's suite of solutions (40+ products and services) to executives, and accurately forecasting your sales pipeline. With continuous sales training and the latest technology, you'll be equipped to succeed in this dynamic position.

The estimated salary range for this position is $43,300 - $93,900 per year, based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. You'll also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, matched 401(k), student loan repayment program, wellness program, short-and long-term disability, charitable contribution match, holidays, personal days & vacation, paid volunteer time off, and more.

To excel in this role, you'll:

  • Cultivate new business opportunities and drive strategic discussions around Human Capital Management initiatives for large companies.
  • Manage complete sales cycles, selling ADP's suite of solutions to executives and accurately forecasting your sales pipeline.
  • Document and manage multiple sales cycles, sticking with the process through implementation until new business is up and running.
  • Collaborate daily as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and your overall network.
