Your Role: As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will deliver accurate weekly reporting on pipeline and customer spend adoption, providing strategic account engagement to help customers implement solutions for industry-specific procurement challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver accurate weekly reporting on pipeline and customer spend adoption
  • Provide strategic account engagement to help customers implement solutions for industry-specific procurement challenges
  • Drive and accelerate spend adoption by advising customers on best practices for using Amazon Business solutions
  • Focus on automating service needs for customers, working with Product and Technical teams to develop solutions for increased solution adoption
  • Relay market needs and requirements back to internal Amazon teams

Team Overview: The Amazon Business for Education team is dedicated to developing solutions tailored to customers in the K-12 Education sector. The ideal candidate will have relevant K-12 Education consultative sales experience and a proven track record of meeting program goals and revenue targets.

Compensation: The base pay for this position ranges from $101,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $176,400/year in our highest geographic market, with a total compensation package including equity, sign-on payments, and benefits.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of B2B or enterprise sales with a focus on hunting new business experience
  • Demonstrated track record of owning the sales life cycle, including identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing opportunities
  • Demonstrated track record of positioning and selling solutions to new and existing customers and market segments
