We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Leader to join our team at ServiceNow. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the Americas market.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in consultative direct sales, with a strong understanding of the software industry and its trends. They will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with key stakeholders, and closing complex deals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities

Compensation: Our total compensation package includes a base salary of $178,010 - $293,790 per year, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits.
