Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Vaco. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining a positive and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with customers, vendors, and other employees.
  • Administrative Support: Utilize organization skills to keep accurate records and find important information quickly.
  • Time Management: Prioritize and complete a variety of tasks throughout the day, demonstrating strong time management skills.
  • Conflict Resolution: Respond appropriately and interact positively with upset customers, utilizing patience and listening skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Create a pleasant experience for all customers, being personable and attentive.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
