- Education and Experience

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling paperwork and records.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with office staff and construction teams.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Primarily office-based but may occasionally visit construction sites to assist with project documentation or meet with site staff.
