Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Provide comprehensive information regarding rental equipment, pricing, and availability.
  • Guide customers in selecting the appropriate equipment for their specific project needs.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively.
  • Assist in managing rental bookings and schedules.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely completion of rental documentation.
  • Organize and showcase rental equipment in an appealing manner.
  • Process rental contracts, accept payments, and secure necessary signatures.
  • Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate billing practices.
  • Support customers throughout the rental process, including equipment pick-up and drop-off.
  • Inspect rental equipment before and after use for cleanliness, functionality, and damage.
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and cleaning of equipment as required.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace and store environment.
  • Provide assistance to team members during peak times or as needed.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for both independent and team-oriented work.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer requests in a high-energy setting.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and multitasking skills.
  • Basic computer skills for accessing product information.
  • Willingness to work on rotating Saturday schedules.
  • Understanding of safety protocols and a commitment to compliance.

Essential Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred experience in customer service, rental, or retail environments.
  • Familiarity with construction tools and equipment is advantageous.
