Regional Sales Director

As a vital leader at Disability Solutions, you will play a critical role in promoting the MultiPro brand and meeting annual revenue goals by driving team performance within an assigned region. You will oversee a team of Business Development Representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success.
Salary:$145,000 - $160,000 per annum, plus a 25% target bonus based on regional performance.
Job Description:
Reporting to the Vice President, Sales, you will be responsible for managing key performance indicators, utilizing Salesforce CRM management to drive activities and inputs. Your tasks will include recruiting, hiring, and training Business Development Representatives, administering corrective action as needed, and collaborating with operations on retention strategies and sales tactics. Additionally, you will communicate the company's vision and go-to-market strategy across the region, track, and monitor activity through Salesforce CRM management, and build relationships with executive-level stakeholders internally and within client organizations. You will also lead problem-solving activities to address client gaps in services and solutions, build and deliver performance metric data analyses, and represent the company at industry associations to build brand presence and foster partnerships.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years leading, coaching, and driving successful performance of sales teams
- Minimum of 10 years in a business-to-business outside consultative sales environment
- Experience selling business-to-business services
- Experience selling to the multifamily housing industry preferred
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales objectives
- Salesforce CRM pipeline management
- Ability to build and sustain relationships with C-level executives
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and database experience
- Working knowledge of human resources policies and procedures
