At Cesna, we are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the North America region. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to join our team and drive revenue growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets within the region. This includes managing and training a team of sales representatives, cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with current and potential customers, and providing solutions that meet their needs.

We estimate that this role can earn between $120,000 and $180,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. Benefits include health/dental/vision/life insurance at no employee premium, 401(k) retirement plan, and generous PTO and paid holidays.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field, and at least 5 years of sales experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of electronics manufacturing, robotics, PCB assembly, and/or AI is desired. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential.
