About the RoleThe Regional Sales Director will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and increasing product distribution across targeted accounts. Reporting to the Division Director, this individual will manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase product distribution.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and training to enhance their skills and performance.
- Maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
- Monitor competitor activities, staying ahead of market trends and adjusting sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in sales efforts.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the alcoholic beverage industry, with a proven track record of success.
- Valid US Driver's License and willingness to travel extensively (up to 90%).
- Ability to lift and transport up to 35 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal associates.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with a history of successfully managing teams and achieving goals.
Estimated annual salary: $120,000-$180,000 USD. A comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
