About the Role:

The Regional Sales Director will oversee all operations of multiple Pilates studios within a specified region. This includes guiding General Managers in managing their studios, overseeing membership and retail sales, and evaluating instructor performance. The director leads sales strategies across all locations, driving membership growth and implementing initiatives to reduce attrition.

The role involves hiring, training, and managing General Managers and Sales Associates, while utilizing discretion and independent judgment in directing the work of all personnel. Fitness or Pilates experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales efforts and membership growth strategies across multiple studios
  • Oversee grassroots marketing and community networking initiatives at the district level
  • Hire, train, and manage General Managers and Sales Associates within the district

Salary: $78,000-$82,000 annually, with additional quarterly bonuses.
