Role Responsibilities

As a Territory Sales Associate, you will service local stores within your designated area with our stylish and high-quality products. Your commitment to exceptional service will enable you to merchandise and sell our diverse range of products. You will enjoy collaborating with store management and their teams, prioritizing customer service over sales targets, and assisting customers in finding the right products for their needs.

With meticulous attention to detail, you will maintain an accurate inventory of products. You will appreciate the opportunity to be on the road, delivering inventory to customer locations. At these locations, you will also be responsible for executing the installation of fixtures, store resets, and promotional materials. To keep operations organized, you will conduct end-of-day reports on business transactions and inform management of any unresolved issues. In this merchandising role, you will take pride in representing a positive company image.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be at least 18 years of age, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, hold a valid driver's license, and maintain a good driving record. The successful candidate will be able to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, pushing, stooping, and kneeling for extended periods. Proficiency with technology, including smartphone applications, Outlook, Excel, and Zoom, is essential.

This position typically follows a Monday-Friday schedule, starting at 6 AM. Flexibility to work up to 50 hours per week in various weather conditions and willingness to travel overnight on selected routes is required.
