Experience Level
Northwest Framing Systems is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to become part of our team as an HR & Administrative Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
- Handle time-off requests and insurance matters
- Oversee time card submissions and scheduling
- Manage vendor accounts payable
- Set up and maintain iPads and iPhones
- Ensure compliance with contracts and subcontractors

Skills and Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of BOLI regulations
- Proficient in Human Resources practices
- Familiarity with Google Drive, Sheets, Docs, Forms, and Slides
- Experience with Bamboo HR software
- Capable of receiving and managing mail
- Proficient in troubleshooting computer issues
- Event planning and hosting skills
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Excellent communication skills
- Continuously seeking efficient methods
