Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure precision by diligently collecting and verifying patient information to support compliant claims and account payments.
  • Utilize your expertise to manage referrals, compile intake documents, and coordinate appointments for our distinguished providers.
  • Maintain oversight by confirming active insurance coverage.
  • Exhibit your outstanding interpersonal skills as you serve as a vital link between clients and clinicians, addressing scheduling concerns and providing support.
  • Act as a reliable resource for colleagues and clinical staff, employing your problem-solving abilities to address unique challenges and escalate issues as necessary.
Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: A minimum of three (3) years in scheduling, ideally within a multi-provider practice, hospital, or mental health setting.
  • Location: Remote; preference given to candidates from Central Oregon.
Skills and Abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for maintaining effective communication.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure that all appointments are managed efficiently.
  • Possess analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate scheduling complexities.
  • Proficient in modern technology, including office equipment and various software applications.
  • Time management skills will be crucial in balancing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Commitment to confidentiality will uphold the trust and privacy of our clients.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure while interacting with the public.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is highly valued and enhances our diverse team.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds may be required.
Background Check

A background check will be conducted on all hires, and employment is contingent upon passing this check.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Compensation: Starting at $22.00 per hour, with potential increases based on performance reviews.
  • Paid Time Off: Four (4) weeks of PTO annually, pro-rated based on hire date.
