Regulatory Compliance Leadership Opportunity

CINQCARE is a community-based health and care partner dedicated to improving the health and well-being of those who need care the most. We are seeking a skilled Regulatory Compliance leader to champion our mission and drive excellence in regulatory affairs and compliance.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement robust policies and procedures that align with healthcare regulations and industry best practices.
  • Lead CINQCARE in achieving and maintaining full compliance with all regulatory and licensing standards, including The Joint Commission, CMS, FDA, OSHA, and state agencies.
  • Drive risk management and patient safety by assessing, mitigating, and managing clinical, financial, and legal risks.
  • Conduct compliance audits and drive improvement by identifying and addressing compliance gaps.
  • Engage in regulatory partnerships and serve as CINQCARE's primary liaison with regulatory bodies.
  • Promote a culture of compliance across CINQCARE by implementing programs to address fraud, waste, and abuse.

About You

  • 10 years of progressive leadership in Regulatory Affairs/Accreditation or Health Administration experience, including 5 years of management experience.
  • Previous experience with developing and implementing CMS-2567 Corrective Action Plans, Joint Commission Evidence of Standard Compliance, and new programs.
  • Thorough knowledge of regulatory and accreditation requirements, including TJC, CMS, VDH, DBHDS, and OSHA.
