Position Overview
As the Foster Care Program Coordinator, you will report directly to the Program Manager and play a crucial role in supporting Global Refuge in delivering exceptional programs and services for unaccompanied children and refugee minors.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Foster Care team in monitoring program quality and implementing quality assessment tools.
- Conduct data entry tasks, including the creation and auditing of electronic case files.
- Upload referral documents into the Global Refuge database and ensure compliance with programmatic outcomes.
- Support various program communication processes, including memos, network communications, and informational materials.
- Maintain accurate contact lists and update databases as necessary.
- Organize and manage monthly and periodic partner meetings.
- Oversee the training schedule across the network and track participant experiences.
- Provide administrative support for funding proposals and assist with headquarters monitoring preparation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, with a minimum age of 21.
- Previous experience in administrative or data entry support is preferred.
- Proficiency in web communication tools such as Teams and Zoom.
- Experience in a nonprofit environment is advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with system process creation and project tracking is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
- Willingness to travel to various sites and attend relevant conferences as needed.
