Job Overview

We are seeking a versatile and dedicated Program Coordinator to join our dynamic team at BITHGROUP Technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee team members throughout all phases of projects, including needs assessment, system analysis, implementation, development, maintenance, and support. Identify performance gaps in systems and user requirements, developing quality control measures to bridge these gaps.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, quality, and budget, coordinating activities with other project leaders and continuously reviewing project progress.
  • Establish project goals and ensure quality control is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support information technology strategies by managing personnel, researching, and implementing strategic technological solutions.
  • Enhance organizational effectiveness by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans.
  • Set project standards and methodologies, providing progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop, propose, and manage project budgets and resources effectively.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to identify evolving requirements, clarifying desired outcomes and actual project performance.
  • Lead project teams to achieve objectives, managing job allocations and project budgets.
  • Proactively identify and address project risks.
  • Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors for effective cost management.
  • Direct cross-functional teams as necessary to fulfill strategic objectives.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of six years of project management experience, including application programming, systems design, and database management; six to ten years of progressive project management experience is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior experience in a project management leadership role is preferred.
  • Experience in the IT sector within government contexts is preferred.
