As a Vice President of Regional Multifamily Operations in Texas, you will be stepping into an exhilarating phase of our business as we evolve into a technology-driven property management service poised to transform the real estate landscape. This position stands apart from traditional operations roles. You will collaborate closely with our business development team to secure new opportunities. As the Vice President, you will spearhead our ambitious initiative to significantly enhance our presence in Texas. Your extensive experience in third-party property management, coupled with your passion for serving both property owners and investors, will be invaluable. You have cultivated a robust network within the Texas market and are always ahead of the competition. Your insights into technological advancements will be crucial in driving our business forward. You are hands-on with operations and thrive on achieving excellence. You will be the driving force behind transformative change.

As a leader within our organization, you will also focus on nurturing the next generation of leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing Texas operations by engaging with property owners and developing our regional teams.
  • Serving as a key knowledge leader alongside the Austin leadership team.
  • Driving efforts to expand ResProp's footprint across Texas.
  • Mentoring and developing Regional Managers.
Qualifications:
  • 6-15 years of experience in property operations.
  • At least 2-5 years in a VP role managing regional managers.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Texas market, particularly in third-party multifamily operations.
