The Vice President of Regional Operations is responsible for establishing and executing the overarching operational strategy across various business sectors, products, and infrastructure within the designated market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, guide, and mentor management teams with an emphasis on continuous enhancement and expansion. Provide timely and constructive feedback while overseeing disciplinary actions.
  • Encourage and uplift the team by fostering a supportive and dynamic work environment.
  • Manage daily administrative, financial, and personnel operations for the assigned region.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership to develop a market sales strategy focused on service diversification and value delivery.
  • Define, implement, and communicate the strategic vision for the market; establish policies and standards to ensure operational excellence and alignment with industry group strategies.
  • Review and authorize cost-control reports, budget estimates, and staffing needs.
  • Actively participate in sales presentations, networking events, and other initiatives to enhance brand visibility in the market.
  • Work alongside executive leadership to set and achieve organizational goals.
  • Partner with other executives to fulfill company objectives.
  • Identify and implement processes, technologies, and systems to optimize resource utilization.
  • Establish and integrate productivity metrics and delivery methods to meet expected ROI.
  • Engage with key internal and external stakeholders to cultivate relationships that lead to improved business outcomes and client retention.
  • Ensure quality standards are established, monitored, and achieved.
  • Promote a culture of safety through required safety protocols, inspections, and key performance indicators.
  • Oversee multiple workflows concurrently.
  • Facilitate decision-making across various teams.
  • Manage special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably Engineering, or equivalent experience; MBA is preferred.
Experience:
  • 12+ years of experience in the industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven ability to lead a team of leaders effectively. A successful track record in high-performance organizations, with a management style focused on results.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within an executive team.
  • Expertise in project management, problem-solving, and clear communication of ideas and instructions.
