Job Summary

AOG Living seeks a seasoned executive to oversee our national multifamily management company's operational region, driving growth and excellence in property management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee an entire operational region, ensuring accountability for developing, implementing, and performing a multifamily development approach across our regional platform.
  • Leverage an integrated service model to provide strategic and tactical leadership, optimizing performance and effectiveness.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with owners, landlords, tenants, and vendors to achieve financial results aligned with corporate goals and objectives.
Leadership and Management
  • Supervise Area Vice Presidents and Regional Supervisors, providing guidance and support to ensure successful property operations.
  • Conduct 1-on-1 meetings with direct reports, manage HR issues, conduct onboarding and training, and ensure alignment of individual priorities with overall business objectives.
Client Management
  • Ensure Owner/Client expectations are met or exceeded as it relates to property performance.
  • Build, develop, and maintain positive and successful relationships with owners and clients.
Financial Management
  • Identify and implement new business opportunities for increasing revenue potential.
  • Lead multifamily portfolio in annual budget review and preparation, working in conjunction with Vice President leaders to align with corporate revenue growth and financial goals.
Administrative Duties
  • Create and implement action plans for underperforming assets.
  • Monitor expense controls and implement initiatives to achieve or exceed budget.
Business Development and Due Diligence
  • Work closely with the Transitions and Due Diligence team to assign walkers/auditors for upcoming communities and closely analyze the asset to provide feedback to the client.
  • Attend DD, prepping, and task completion items for property transitions.
