Role Responsibilities

The Regional Vice President of Sales will play a vital role in increasing revenue and expanding market share. Key responsibilities include:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of 7-9 business development managers and sales representatives.
  • Strategic Development: Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies to enhance revenue and market penetration.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales data to assess performance and inform strategic decisions.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years in Sales Management within building products distribution or a related sector
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in sales data evaluation
  • Proven track record in sales leadership, particularly in managing large teams
  • Exceptional strategic planning and execution capabilities
  • Willingness to travel as required within the designated region
