Position Overview for Customer Support Specialist:
The Customer Service division operates from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. We seek candidates with adaptable schedules, as shifts will be assigned within this timeframe.
Additionally, there is a rotational Saturday requirement - every third Saturday - from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. 4 Days in Office, 1 Day of your choice for Remote Work
- Compensation: $20-22/hour
- Temp-to-Permanent Opportunity
- Respond to general inquiries about New Jersey auto, home, and umbrella insurance policies, coverages, and rates; ensure thorough follow-up on all interactions.
- Provide first-call resolution and simplify the customer experience.
- Acquire and maintain comprehensive knowledge of all three insurance lines (Auto, Homeowner, and Umbrella) specific to New Jersey.
- Precisely input and update policy details into various processing systems and manage phone inquiries.
- Exceptional interpersonal, listening, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a call center environment
- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities. Proficient computer/data entry and mathematical skills.
- High energy and motivation to follow through and take ownership of tasks.
