Lexus of Edison is seeking dedicated individuals to fill the role of Customer Service BDC Specialist within our modern automotive facility. This position is ideal for those who excel in customer interaction and possess strong communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming inquiries and ensure timely follow-up with customers.
- Address Internet Service Lead requests efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with the service team and management.
- Perform various daily tasks including scheduling and confirming service appointments.
- Maintain clear communication with service advisors and the service manager.
- Engage with previous customers to foster ongoing relationships.
- Conduct a high volume of outbound calls daily.
- Exhibit excellent verbal communication skills and a clear speaking voice.
- Utilize technology and computer systems effectively.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to achieving production goals.
- Receive comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role.
- Notify relevant departments regarding scheduled appointments.
- Address customer concerns and relay them to the Service Manager.
- Prior experience in sales, service BDC, or call center environments is advantageous, though training is available for the right candidates.
