Position Overview for Customer Support Specialist:
The Customer Service division operates from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. We seek candidates with adaptable schedules, as shifts will be assigned within this timeframe.
Additionally, there is a rotational Saturday commitment—every third Saturday—from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. 4 Days in Office, 1 Day of your choice for Remote Work
- Compensation: $20-22 per hour
- Temp-to-Perm Opportunity
- Respond to inquiries regarding NJ auto, home, and umbrella insurance policies, coverages, and premiums; ensure thorough follow-up on all interactions.
- Achieve first call resolution and simplify the customer experience.
- Acquire and maintain comprehensive knowledge of all three insurance lines (Auto, Homeowner, and Umbrella) specific to NJ.
- Precisely input and update policy details into various processing systems and manage phone inquiries.
- Outstanding interpersonal, listening, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a call center environment
- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities, along with excellent computer/data entry and mathematical skills.
- High energy and a proactive approach to follow-up and ownership.
